PHASE I - WB ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAMPAIGN

This is the most convenient and easy-to-use campaign. To participate in this phrase of the campaign, all you have to do is visit Warner Bros Online customer service site and fill out the form to send to them. In the "This is regarding" drop-down menu, chose "Home Video & DVD" and in the comment box, write your own paragraph or two explain why The Adventures of Superboy Seasons 2, 3, & 4 deserves to be released on DVD. Once you have completed your e-mail just make sure to fill out the rest of the form, send it and then your are done. Easy!

Rules in writing to WB:

- Be polite and not demanding

-Sound well informed on the topic

- Encourage them to pass on your request to the appropriate department

-Include your name & hometown at the end of your e-mail.

-Inquire what you want to see in the season box sets like featurettes, promos, behind-the-scenes footage, etc.

POSTCARD CAMPAIGN - PHASE II

Due to the fact that e-mails can be deleted and ignored, another method that can be most effective is trying to send a postcard to Warner Bros by regular mail. For quick and easy participation in this Official DVD Campaign download the digital postcard, print it out on your computer, and send it to the address provided.

1.) Look at the two designs and chose from which one you would like to send.

2.) Once the postcard's popup window has opened, click 'File,' then 'Print' or 'Print Page.' Make sure you are printing on light colored card stock. Regular computer paper will not be accepted by the postal service.

3.) After the postcard has finished printing, open the back side of the postcard below.

4.) Turn the card front side of the card you print around and place it back in your printer so it will print the other side and will end up being aligned with what you have printed already which is the cover art of the postcard. Click "File & Print."

5.) It is encouraged you write a brief little message explain why The Adventures of Superboy deserves to be released. This step is not required.

6.) Place a postage stamp in the labeled area and send it out. The address has already been provided on the back of the card.

Postcards should be 6 1/8 inches x 3 7/8 inches.

PHASE III - PHONE CAMPAIGN

Looking to talk directly to someone at Warner Home Video about your request for the rest of the Adventures of Superboy on DVD? You might be able to talk to them directly, ensuring that your voice is heard & not ignored. Feel free to call as many times you may like, but please use this campaign responsibly. If you are not able to talk to someone, be sure to leave a message if possible.
 
When calling Warner Brothers, keep these tips in mind:
  • Try not to come off rude or demanding, but concerned & well-informed about the topic.
  • Talk about how much you like the show, how much fun you have when you watch it, & what a treat the season one DVDs have been so far which were released back in June of 2006.
  • Mention some of the reasons why "The Adventures of Superboy," should be released on DVD, such as it's large Superman related fan-base.
  • Let them know of all the things that could make DVDs of the show popular among die-hard fans such as extra featurettes like bloopers, behind-the-scenes footage, etc.
  • Request that your message be given to an executive at Warner Home Video.
